BALLOON FLIGHT MANUALS & SUPPLEMENTS :

First - You must have written authorization from Head Balloons, Inc. to use the Supplemental Type Certificate.

**When operating a Head Balloon full system, you MUST carry on board the Head Balloons Flight Manual for your particular model balloon.

**When operating a Head Balloon envelope with another manufacturer's basket and burner, you MUST carry on board the Head Balloons Flight Manual for your particular model balloon. In addition, you MUST also have on board the Head Balloons Flight Manual Supplement for your balloon model and your brand of basket & burner.

In order to use another manufacturer's basket and burner with a Head Balloon envelope you MUST have the use of the STC entered into the logbook . This MUST be done by a Certificated Repair person on a 337 form.
